BEFORE MINDFUL GOODS

When we met Steve, he was strategizing with his team on how they would go about bringing a chocolate snack to Amazon given the challenges of it being a meltable product.

THE PROCESS

From the start, the Good Source team brought their A-game with the goal of training up their team so they could eventually take over the account management. Together we laid out a launch strategy, researched competitive pricing, completed pack and ship testing and developed SOPs for the entire team to take a role in the Amazon launch. We even trained the warehouse team to double up on handling customer support emails.

THE RESULTS

After a focus on conversion with a full refresh of the assets on product pages and Storefront, we then paired them with a strong PPC team and influencer team to turn on the traffic.

Good Source quickly earned an Amazon’s choice badge in the healthy snack category and went from page 9 to page 1 in a matter of weeks.
